Here is some information about the chartered bus for the game this Sunday, January 25, in Kent. We will meet the bus at the Richland Fred Meyer, South side parking lot by the gas pumps. The bus will be there around 6:15 a.m. and would like to depart around 6:30 a.m. There are 47 seats available. With the 17 players and 2 coaches, that leaves 28 seats for the parents/family members that would like to go. Please let me know who plans to ride the bus so I can keep track and make sure we have enough room.
The bus will not stop for food prior to the game. Please send nourishment and water so the girls are energized and hydrated for the game. The forecast for Kent as of today shows an expected high of 41 with a real feel of 32, mostly cloudy and cold. For the fans that plan to come, Tahoma High School has covered seating. The bus will make a stop in North Bend for dinner after the game, so make sure your girls have some money for that.

We have a chartered bus scheduled for this Sunday's game to Gig Harbor. It will be at the Fred Meyer's south parking lot behind the gas pumps (same as last time) at 6:00 a.m. for a departure at 6:15 a.m. We have reserved a 47 seat bus so there should be plenty of room for parents and family members who want to go. Like last time the bus will only stop after the game for dinner, so for the morning be sure to send good food and water with the girls so they are ready to go for game time.

From Hwy I-90, take the Maple Street exit. Turn north on Maple Street. Stay on Maple until you come to Northwest Blvd. Turn left onto Northwest Blvd. Follow Northwest Blvd. until it intersects Wellesley Avenue. Continue straight through the intersection on Assembly and you will pass the VA Hospital, Marine base, and a fire station on your left. Immediately after the fire station, turn left into the driveway. Follow driveway back toward stadium to the parking lot in front of the brown brick administration building.

The game on Sunday, January 31st, starts at 11:00 am - be on the field at 10:00 am for warmups.
Due to the early game time, we have chartered a bus!!! Please be at the Fred Meyers in Richland, WA by the gas station at 5:00 am. The bus departs at 5:15 am (sorry - no exceptions.) You will need to eat/bring breakfast and bring snacks for before the game and we will be stopping in North Bend on the return trip.
Our bus seats 47 people, with bathroom and DVD player. I am assuming that all players will ride the bus. If parents want to go please let me know and it will be on first come first serve basis.

Tahoma High School Stadium Usage Guidelines
1) Parking is best at the front of the school – please adhere to avoiding parking within the fire lanes. Entrance to the field is at the immediate front/right area as you walk up to the school sidewalk.
2) No dogs in the Stadium. Please inform your players families before they come to the field.
3) No one on the track except for coaches and players. Photographers must be no closer than Lane 5 on the track. All spectators must be in the grandstands.
4) Restrooms (Port-A-Johns) are in the Northeast corner of the grounds.

The game will be 1:00 kickoff at Snohomish High School Stadium. This facility has infill style artificial turf, metal player benches, and covered stands for all spectators. The school restrooms are not open to us; there are portable toilets available. We normally wear red at our home games.
Directions to the school can be found at: http://www.ncrefs.org/fields.php?action=Display&key=118 Click on the map icon at the upper right next to the field name to bring up a map in Google. The best place to park is in the lot on 7th Avenue just north of the field itself. Coffee shops and fast food and other services are readily available by travelling north of the school just a few blocks on Avenue D.
I5 NORTH/SOUTH - Exit 194 (Hwy 2) Head east on Hwy 2 and exit at the first Snohomish exit (Bickford). Continue on Bickford until it turns into Ave "D", turn right off Ave D onto 7th. Stadium is on left.

Stadium is on the north side of campus; best access is off of 7th, with lots of parking right across the street from the stadium. They have asked us to ask opponents to observe the stadium rules - most importantly, that there is no stopping or standing on 7th: please enter the parking lot to drop off and pick up players. (The neighbors are on the warpath about soccer traffic issues, so we are trying to comply to avoid restrictions). Thanks for your help on this.
We normally wear red jerseys at home, but you are the visitor and get your choice - so let me know what you plan to wear.

I looked this morning on the DOT website and 405 looks good for travel on Sunday. However I-5 north will have some construction this weekend so I think everyone should travel the opposite of the Rayos manager’s message on the schedule and stick with 405.
